Review by hotel critic
Upon my recent stay at the Luxury Collection, I found the hotel to be a blend of elegance and charm. The room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. However, the price of the breakfast buffet seemed a bit steep, especially for budget-conscious travelers. The hotel's location was convenient, especially for those participating in events like the Warsaw marathon. The staff at the reception desk were accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. While the general ambiance and furnishings were tastefully done, some areas like the lobby ceiling and corridor carpets felt a bit out of sync with the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The spa and swimming pool provided a relaxing experience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.In terms of value for money, the Luxury Collection offers a luxurious experience with a few minor drawbacks in terms of pricing. A comfortable and enjoyable stay for those seeking a touch of luxury in the heart of Warsaw.
